"Selection felt limited"
I was hoping there’d be more to choose from, but the selection felt limited overall. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “we’re always adding more options,” which is fine, but right now it still didn’t feel like much to pick from.

"Refund took forever to sort out"
The furniture itself was fine, but dealing with the refund was such a hassle. I had returned an item and felt like I had to keep squeezing in calls during an already busy day just to figure out what was happening. Each time I called, it sounded like I was getting a slightly different answer.
It did finally get resolved, but it took way longer than I expected. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was frustrating, especially when I was already feeling rushed and just wanted someone to follow up properly

"The furniture itself looked really nice, but..."
The furniture itself looked really nice, but the salesperson seemed like they were in a hurry and didn’t really want to answer much. I kept having to ask basic questions that I feel like should’ve been explained upfront. What made it more frustrating was hearing about all these little policy loopholes around returns, delivery, and what does or doesn’t qualify once you buy. It felt like the kind of stuff they gloss over until it benefits them. Overall, not the best visit.

I had to swap out a chair because the color didn’t really go with my table . Eldorado Furniture made the whole exchange easy , and the delivery guys were really nice too . The new one showed up fast , so honestly , no complaints .

"Delivery guys were really great"
I’m not always sure what to expect with deliveries, but these guys were great. They showed up on time, were really professional, and brought everything in carefully. I probably asked them to move things around more than I needed to, but they were totally nice about it and set everything where I wanted. They even cleaned up the boxes afterward. No issues at all

"Really Worth the Showroom Visit"
We stopped by the showroom just to browse, but ended up finding a sofa that was perfect for us. The staff were friendly without hovering or pushing us, which I really appreciated. They gave us space to look around and were happy to answer questions when we had them. Overall, it felt like a good use of our time and money, and I’d definitely go back

"Solid sofa, just a small issue"
I bought a sofa from El Dorado and overall I’m happy with it. I’m usually a bit cautious with bigger furniture purchases because you never really know how the quality will be until it shows up, but this one feels sturdy and well made. The fabric looks nice, and the cushions are comfortable. I did take off one star because one of the legs had a small scratch, which was a little disappointing, but it wasn’t bad enough for me to deal with a return or exchange.

I bought a living room set from El Dorado Furniture after a friend recommended checking them out, and I’m really glad I did. The design is what pulled me in. It has that modern look, but still feels warm and comfortable, not too fancy or cold. The colors and shapes ended up matching my apartment way better than I expected. I spent a good amount of time browsing their pieces online before choosing, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out

"Custom order turned out just like I hoped"
I ordered a custom piece from Eldorado Furniture, and I’ll admit I was a little unsure at first since I couldn’t just see it sitting there in the showroom. With custom orders, I kind of expect there to be some waiting and maybe a few hiccups, so I was mostly hoping it would come in close to what I had in mind.
They kept me in the loop, the timing was pretty much what they originally told me, and when it arrived, it was in great condition. The delivery guys were friendly too, which definitely helped. Overall, it met my expectations and made me feel like the custom order was worth it.

"Customer service really needs to respond faster"
I had a simple question, but it took them days to get back to me. I can only imagine how frustrating that would be for other customers too, especially if they need help with something more urgent...

"Nice table, but it showed up with a chipped corner"
The table itself looked really nice once I got it out, but one of the corners was chipped when it arrived. The box had a few dents too, so you kind of wonder if it happened during shipping or before it even left the warehouse.
I reached out to customer service and they did get back to me, but it took a few days to get everything figured out. Not the worst experience, but definitely frustrating when you’ve already been waiting for the delivery.

"Nice sofa, but the delivery part was a bit annoying"
I’m happy enough with the sofa itself, and the price felt fair for what it is. The only thing was the delivery took longer than they originally told me, which was kind of frustrating because I had planned around that whole thing. Customer service did answer when I reached out, but I didn’t really get much beyond the usual stuff. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just not one I’d say was anything special

I got a sofa from Eldorado Furniture last year, it still looks nice in the room. Like, the style is good and people still compliment it, so there’s that. But the cushions definitely got softer faster than I expected, and now I’ve noticed one of the seams starting to loosen a little. Not falling apart or anything, just kind of annoying when you remember what you paid. Delivery was fine, no real issues there. Overall, I’d say it’s okay, but durability-wise it feels average.

I ordered a sofa from Eldorado Furniture the delivery went way smoother than I expected. They gave me a window of about a few hours, and they actually showed up right around when they said they would, which almost never happens in my experience.
The delivery guys called maybe 20 or 30 minutes before getting there, brought the sofa in quickly, and were done in roughly 10 minutes. I didn’t have to sit around all day waiting, so overall I was happy with how it went

I’ve usually stuck with my go-to furniture brand, so I felt a little guilty trying something different this time. But this new sofa is super comfy and I’ve been loving it. It’s quickly becoming my favorite spot to relax.
